Welcome to Module 2 of "Activating High-Performance Coaching in Soccer" programme. In this module, we will explore the vital aspects of building a strong and effective coach-player relationship. We will explain how the PAM Approach, comprised of three fundamental frameworks - PAM 4A and PAM GRITT - can help coaches to understand, assess and enhance this crucial relationship.

At the end of the course, you will take away with you

Building a Strong Coach-Player Relationship

This course is part of the Level 3 Activating High Performance in Soccer Coaching programme, which consists of 6 modules. Whilst it can be taken as a standalone CPD course for practicing coaches, we recommend completing the entire programme to attain a UK-regulated certificate.
